We will be using this site both as a public portal and as a mailing list for the purpose of keeping our customers up to date with planned maintenance and updates that are scheduled within the network. Occasional network maintenance is essential for the upkeep of a fast and stable network, but we will always try to minimise the frequency of these, and reduce the impact to our customers by re-routing services to unaffected devices, keeping outages as brief as possible, and scheduling any disruptive work after midnight.
If our planned maintenance does coincide with a critical time for you or your customers businesses though, please let us know and we will do our best to reschedule this at a convenient time.
This site is hosted externally and will also be used from now on to provide real-time information and live updates for our customers for the duration of any outages within the Syscomm network or within our 3rd party network partners, helping to keep our customers informed and up to date with the latest information on the fault and the steps that are being taken towards a resolution.
We hope that this facility will be useful for you, and would welcome any feedback or suggestions on how we can improve this site for you.
There is a registration form on the right of the home page, and your colleagues are welcome to register if these updates would be useful for them.
