Network Incident – 21st May 2020

We are aware of an incident at one of our Data Centres that has caused a loss of power to our networking equipment, and is affecting both Syscomm and other Service Providers. Data Centre Electrical Engineers are on site and working to identify the source of the fault and to restore services.

We are tracking this fault closely with the Data Centre.

We will provide further updates as soon as possible, and apologise for any disruption caused.

Update: Issue was resolved following power restoration by the Data Centre.
