The Cloud Connect platform will be unavailable throughout the window as essential maintenance is undertaken.

Outage Reason:

This window has been scheduled to perform urgent maintenance on elements supporting the Cloud Connect infrastructure in order to prevent future service risk and improve scalability.

This window has been scheduled at short notice to mitigate an identified risk and at vendor recommendation.

It is anticipated that service will be unavailable throughout this window, Cloud Connect jobs should catch up once the platform is re-enabled depending on your backup window rules.

Should customers continue to have issues beyond the completion of the maintenance window, please raise this to the attention of our support teams through your primary support channels (typically the Syscomm Portal).
